Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences

Jill Michalak is the owner of Northwest Professional Hearing. She has had experience working for large healthcare organizations and private practices in Indiana and Illinois. After working in both large and small healthcare organizations, Jill believed she could provide better hearing healthcare with a new and different philosophy. Her philosophy has proven successful.

Jill believes that time is one of the most important commodities that she can provide to her clients. She provides her clients with the time they need to fully understand their hearing loss and how specific technology can significantly improve their quality of life.

  • She builds a relationship with each client that allows her to fully understand the client’s lifestyle and how hearing loss affects their daily life.
  • She provides quality name brand hearing instrument technology at a very competitive price.
  • She also believes that transparency is important.

When she opened her practice in 2003, she applied her philosophy of individualized care, high-quality service and truly reasonable prices and it proved successful. It is critical for a successful outcome to spend the time needed to fully understand the client’s hearing loss and how it affects their lifestyle and their relationships. She wants her clients to become lifelong clients and she works to ensure their satisfaction, trust and loyalty.

Giving back to the community is also one of her goals. She is the only private practice in the area that still accepts Illinois Department of Health and Family Services (Public Aid) cases. She believes that everyone should have an opportunity to hear and because you may be disadvantaged does not exclude you from the right to have good hearing healthcare.

As members of the Lions Club International, She provides hearing healthcare to people that the Lions Club has determined to be in need. She wants you as a lifelong client. Give Northwest Professional Hearing a try. You’ll be pleased to find There Is a Difference.
